We offer an exciting range of schemes - which cover a variety of crucial business areas - within the Graduate Leadership Programme, all of which are designed to catapult you towards the heady heights of senior management, with the specialist expertise you will need to excel in key areas of our business. Each programme is typically two years long (Finance is three) and consists of three placements, some of which may take you out of your comfort zone, but that's the idea. Your ability to rise to a challenge is what differentiates a good leader from a great one.
It goes without saying that we'll ensure you excel in your chosen business area, equipping you with all the exposure, training, qualifications and support you need to know your discipline inside-out.
