Money may not be everything in the world, but it certainly helps. We offer a £28,000 starting salary (for Corporate Markets it's £31,000), + London Weighting (£3,450),a £3,000 signing-on bonus as well as providing you with a lap-top and mobile phone for the duration of the programme.
On top of this competitive starting salary, we also offer an extensive list of less tangible benefits. You will not necessarily be able to lodge them in your bank account, but they are things which will enable you to live a well-balanced - and healthier - professional life, with an eye on the future.
These include:
- 25 days' holiday, rising to 30 days post programme
- 'Flexible benefits cash sum'. On top of your salary, we'll give you an additional 4% that you can take as cash if you want, or you could use it to 'buy' one or more additional benefits. We can't list all of these, but they include dental and medical healthcare. The whole point of the flexible benefits package is that like our customers, you're on a journey through life too, and your needs and interests change over time.
