You’re friendly and helpful, and you know instinctively what the customer needs (and you’ll make sure it happens). You’re not the sort of person who walks past a problem. You’re the type who gets it sorted, whatever it takes.

You find it easy to put yourself into your customer’s shoes. You’re a good listener who’s attentive to the caller’s needs, so you can hear when a customer is in a hurry for example.

You understand the value of teamwork. Strong teams work better, and we’re looking for people who support their colleagues at work. You’ll come with ideas and have a positive and constructive influence on people around you. And you’ll never be too busy to help others out.

You’re good at building relationships. You and your voice sparkle with personality, you’re a ‘natural’ in conversation, and you know what it takes to connect with your caller.

You’re confident in your abilities and come across as an ‘expert’. We’ll train you of course, but even so, the ability to come across as an expert is a real talent – and you’ll have it in plenty. You’ll also have the ability to realise when your customer could actually benefit from a meeting with one of our specialists.

You’re committed and reliable. We want you to be as committed to us as we are to you, so no ‘job hoppers’ please.

You want to be as good as you can be in your job. And that means adapting to changes and improving all the time. There’s training available, but it also means understanding your own strengths and development needs.

You’re resilient. When the going gets tough, you dig deeper and your determination comes shining through.
