We know that many of our people want to work for a business that puts something back into the community. We do exactly that, in many different ways. We invest millions of pounds every year, in everything from local environmental initiatives and educational projects, through to supporting national charities (this year, we’re supporting Barnardo’s).

Since 1997, we’ve given over £250m to causes where a small amount of money can make a big difference to people’s lives, making ours one of the largest community investment programmes in the country – and there’s always a chance for you to help in this work, in a big way or small.
