• ‘Flexible benefits cash sum’. On top of your wages, we’ll give you an additional 4% that you can take as cash if you want, or use it to ‘buy’ one or more additional benefits. • Holidays for cash, cash for holidays. While some people want extra days off, others sometimes find it hard to get away. To make life easier, we'll let you 'buy' holidays out of your salary or 'sell' them back in return for cash. It's up to you.
