At the start of your application, you’ll be asked to meet essential criteria. If you can’t fulfil these requirements, unfortunately we won’t be able to take your application any further.
If you do meet these criteria, we’ll ask you to take part in a short telephone-based interview. If you get through this successfully, we’ll ask you to complete an online application form and attend a final stage selection event. This will include a tour of the Telephone Banking Centre, an interview and a role 'simulation' exercise.
You can be scheduled into a selection event within 48 hours of your initial application.
