You'll be presented with some typical scenarios that you'd be likely to face as a Telephone Banking Advisor and three different ways that you could respond to these scenarios. Tell us which of these three responses you think would lead to the best outcome and we'll let you know whether you are likely to enjoy and be suited to the role.

You don't need to know anything about banking or customer service to be able to answer these questions.

There are no trick questions and you can assume that you'd be able to respond in all three ways - we want to know which you think would be the best.
