I worked in call centres for two other major organisations, but I was getting bored with the job and when a friend recommended Lloyds TSB to me I thought I’d give it a try. I hoped that it would help me manage my own money better too. I’ve now been here for four and a half years and have recently applied for a Team Leader position.

I’ve been really pleased to find a job that suits my lifestyle. I’ve got an 18 month old son and since he came along I’ve been working evenings and weekends, which lets me arrange care more easily.

I was made to feel really welcome when I started. The support and training have been great, my skills are constantly being developed and I’m always learning about new systems and products. There’s no chance of getting bored here!

It’s a great place to work! Good service really means something to our customers, recently a customer appreciated a call so much they even sent me flowers.
