Flavours is the name for our benefits package, and it's been designed to give our people more benefits and more choice. The total rewards package comprises the following elements:
Pay
This is made up of your basic salary, plus any incentives and bonuses you
are entitled to in your role.

We will make a contribution to your pension, over and above your own.
