I started work on the counter and have had various sales and service roles in the branch network before moving and spending seven years in Head Office. As someone who has a background in delivering change, I was attracted to join Lloyds TSB Insurance two years ago because of the transition the business and the insurance industry was going through. Whilst challenging, change will always provide opportunities to improve and build your capability and I have certainly benefited from this.
