Telephone Banking Meet our people. Different folks, different notes.

I went to university and then spent some time teaching, but I found it too rigid and got bored – I couldn’t be myself.

My first day here as an advisor was quite daunting – it’s a large building and there are loads of people. But it’s actually a really relaxed environment and people are really supportive.

We’ve all got clear goals, so you know exactly what’s expected. People are happy to help you learn and we get plenty of coaching and various banking courses. I've also been able to fit in teaching again on Tuesday at a youth theatre.

What’s most rewarding for me is seeing people in my team develop and grow. And, of course, speaking to and being able to help all kinds of customers. Every day here is different and you do get some unexpected, funny calls – I’ve even been asked to pick up a prescription, from a Pharmacy with a similar name!
