I’m currently at University studying Religious Studies and needed a part time job to help see me through. I heard that Lloyds TSB was a good company to work for with excellent rewards and benefits.

I’ve only been here a few months and it was nerve-wracking at first. I soon got used to it though and now it feels really natural being on the phone speaking to so many different people. I loved the six weeks training, the group I was in was amazing and we all had great support from experienced advisors when we moved onto the phones.

We concentrate on matching our products to the needs of our customers. This is great for our customers and let’s me earn additional income!

My site has an informal dress code and it’s a really nice and relaxing environment to work in. My colleagues and managers are all extremely helpful and approachable.
