Lloyds TSB Bank Plc and associated 3rd Party companies acting on our behalf with the Recruitment Process, may use your personal information to assess and process your job application.
Your personal data will be processed fairly and lawfully and will only be held for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is provided.
Lloyds TSB Bank Plc will treat your personal information as private and confidential, but may disclose it to other parties if it is fair and lawful to do so.
Credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies
Lloyds TSB Bank plc and other organisations may make searches through credit reference agencies. The search may be recorded by the credit reference agencies but it will not be used by other lenders or insurers when assessing lending or insurance risks, although it may be used for debt tracing and to prevent money laundering. If required we will advise you which credit reference agencies we have used so you can get a copy of your details from them.
Lloyds TSB Bank plc and other organisations may check what you have told them with fraud prevention databases.
If our investigation identifies fraud or the commission of any other criminal offence on your part when applying for or during your employment with us, we will record details of this on fraud prevention databases. This information may be accessed from the UK and other countries by law enforcement agencies and by ourselves and any other employers (and potential employers) to prevent fraud.
If required we will advise you which fraud prevention databases we share information with.
Diversity Information
Should you wish to provide it, your diversity information will be held separately and will play no part in the selection process.
