While many of our customers like calling into our high-street branches, others enjoy the ease and convenience of calling us by phone. Whoever they are (from personal account holders to big businesses), and whatever they need from us, our Telephone Banking team is here to help. We can do pretty much everything one of our high-street branches can do, except one: we can’t take or make cash payments.
This isn’t just about delivering exceptional customer service. It’s about matching our products with each caller’s needs. As well as straightforward enquiries, you’ll be there to help customers
- buy a house
- save for a holiday or their retirement,
- drive their first car off the garage forecourt
- plus any other weird and wonderful calls even we can’t predict!
As an ambassador for Lloyds TSB, you’ll be there for our customers every step of the way, and we’re looking for people who can help with the big and small journeys.
In each centre the lines are buzzing, and we want our customer service to buzz with life too! If you’re a bubbly sort of person who thrives on variety, wants to do the right thing for each caller, and can bring a little sunlight into even the most simplest of calls, you’ll really enjoy working here.
We give the same responsibility to all of our team members, full or part-time, and there’s full training for everyone - and plenty of support for when you don’t know the answer. Most of the time though, you will – and it’s being able to tackle just about anything that gives this role variety, interest and satisfaction.
Each call is totally different, so you won’t be working from pre-written scripts.
